Supplemental Requirements for Individual Schools/Programs

If you are applying to the School of Education, the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, or the School of Social Work, you will be required to submit supplemental materials in the form of a Supplemental Application, personal essay and/or statement, and Letter(s) of Recommendation.

School of Pharmacy

Transfer applicants to the School of Pharmacy should not complete the University of Pittsburgh transfer application. Instead, they should complete 1) a PharmCAS application with all required supporting documentation by December 1, 2008 and, a 2) Supplemental Application by January 5, 2009. Admission is for the fall term, only.
