If you are a new student or have never borrowed through the Stafford Student Loan program, you are required to sign a
Master Promissory Note (MPN). Your MPN will be valid for 10 years while you are enrolled as a student.
Student loan funds cannot be
disbursed to your student account until you have signed your MPN.
