If you are a new student at the University of Pittsburgh or have never borrowed through one of
the loan programs listed above while enrolled at the University, you are required to complete
an Entrance Interview and to sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN). You will not need to sign
this form each year as long as you remain continuously enrolled. Student loans funds cannot be
disbursed to your student account until you complete both of these requirements.
