The Financial Aid Application Supplement (FAAS) must be completed by all University of Pittsburgh students who are selected for federal or institutional verification, both undergraduate and graduate. You will be notified by our office if you are required to submit this form for verification.

The Financial Aid Application Supplement (FAAS) must be completed by all graduates who want to apply for any student loan, including federal Stafford Student Loan, Graduate PLUS Loan or any other alternative education loan offered through agencies such as Citibank, Access, Sallie Mae, etc.
