The Academic Competitiveness Grant (AC Grant) program provides grants of up to $750 for the first academic year of study and up to $1,300 for the second academic year of study. To be eligible for each academic year, a student must be a U.S. citizen, a federal Pell Grant recipient and be enrolled full-time in a degree program in the first or second academic year of the program of study. Students must also have completed a rigorous secondary school program after January 1, 2005. Second year students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

All potentially eligible students are automatically considered and reviewed by the financial aid office based on the results of the FAFSA.
